Overview

The Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan takes 5 days and vice versa from Aswan to Luxor 4 days. You also have the option to go on a round Nile cruise from Luxor to Luxor or from Aswan to Aswan. In all these options the sightseeing tours are the same.
During the tour days on board Luxor & Aswan Nile cruise, you will visit the East Bank in Luxor which includes the Temple of Karnak and Luxor Temple. Enjoy dinner on board and feast your eyes on a Belly Dance Show.
Another day features on board Luxor & Aswan Nile Cruise a visit to the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, and Hatshepsut Temple, then dressing in casual attire for the Captain’s welcome party and chat the night away as you sail to Edfu.
A day tour to Edfu and Kom Ombo will let you explore the Temple of Kom Ombo and Temple of Horus in Edfu then sail to Aswan to visit the Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae

Day 01 :
Cairo 1st may

Arrival at Cairo airport, Visit the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, the Coptic quarter, a walk along El Mouez street and Khan El Khalili. Overnight at the hotel

Day 02 :
Cairo 2nd may

Breakfast. Departure for the visit of the Giza pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Sakkara necropolis. Transfer to Cairo airport to take the flight to Luxor. Arrival, then transfer to our boat. Overnight on board.

Day 03 :
Luxor 3th may

Early breakfast. Cross to the west bank of the Nile river (left bank) where the sun goes down (the City of the Dead). Visit of the Valley of the Kings, then visit of hatchepsout temple Go on to discover the impressive mortuary temple of Ramses III at Medinet Haboo. Stop in front of the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch aboard the sandal. Visit of Luxor temple at sunset, followed by an exploration of the city of Luxor. Dinner and overnight on board

Day 04 :
Luxor / Esna 4th may

Breakfast on board. Visit of Karnak. Karnak temple was dedicated to the god Amun, but as with many Egyptian temples, other gods and goddesses were venerated there. It is the oldest known religious site in the world. Board the boat and sail all morning admiring the beautiful scenery of the sacred Nile and discovering the daily life of peasants living along the banks of the Nile. Day 05 :
Esna / El Kab: 5th may

Breakfast on board. Passing through the Esna lock, visit to the temple of the god Khnum. Lunch et diner on board

Day 06 :
El Kab / Edfu 6th may Breakfast on board

Navigation towards El Kab, the ancient city of Nekheb. Here, you can see the city, mainly the walls of King Nectanebo. The necropolis hosted the families of the city's princes during the Middle Kingdom and the early 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom. Departure for the visit to the temple of Edfu, the holy city of Horus and the temple built in his honor. Lunch on board. Navigation towards Wadi el Chatte. Walk to discover a valley with prehistoric graffiti, cross a small village to arrive at a stone quarry where you can admire the sunset. Dinner and overnight on board

Day 07 :
Djebel El Silsileh: 7th may

Breakfast on board. Departure for the visit of Djebel El Silsileh ("the mountain of the chain"), a quarry where thousands of workers worked, from the pharaohs of the XVIII dynasty to the year 200 of our era. Visit of the temple of Horemheb, with the presence of stelae-chapels that dedicate offerings to the river. Lunch on board. Navigation. Possibility of a discovery walk in the palm groves. Dinner and night on board.

Day 08 :
Kom Ombo / Aswan: 8th may

Breakfast on board. Departure for the visit of the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to two divinities: Sobek (with a crocodile head) and Horus (with a falcon head). Visit to the small town of Daraw where the camel market is held. Navigation towards Aswan, dinner and night on board

Day 09 :
Aswan / Abu Simbel: 9th may

Breakfast. End of the cruise on the sandal. Visit to the temple of Philae. Departure for Abu Simbel, Arrival at your hotel, in the evening discover the temple with the Sound and Light show, night in Abu Simbel

Day 10 :
Abu Simbel / Aswan 10th may

with the sunrise, visit of the two temples in Abu Simbel. Located at the gateway to Sudan, Abu Simbel is the most impressive stone testament left by Ramses II. Thanks to the extraordinary rescue operation carried out by UNESCO (48 countries represented by nearly 900 people participated in this gigantic project in 1960), the two temples carved into the rock were transported 210 meters from their original location and 65 meters higher. The four colossal statues with a height of 20 meters, placed at the entrance of the Grand Temple, are directly sculpted into the mountain. The Small Temple or temple of Hathor was also built by Ramses II for his wife Nefertari. UNESCO played a significant role in the protection and relocation of these two monuments endangered by the construction of the High Dam. Return to your hotel, Breakfast. Day 11 :
Aswan 11th may

Breakfast. Transfer to Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo to catch your return flight.
